Maya, I'm so excited about the supplies and things we are gathering for you!

I have two boxes from a co-worker's friend, and three more of excellent goodies from my work. (Glue, felt, pipe cleaners, construction paper, etc.) My office neighbour, Peggy, has been gathering the supplies from around here and we'll have more by the time I send things in mid-August. My work has offered to pay for shipping which is also very excellent! Yippee!

I love the sound of your new, stilted home! I hope your training time has improved (suitcases of cosmetics? Yikes).

Thank you, Jo! I am excited, too. The principal is a hoot and very lively. I am sad he will be doing inservice at the capital for my school year in Bouj. I am sure Hexgeld will be just as fun!

The support of you and your coworkers is amazing. Please make sure I have at least your address (and all others involved if possible) so I can respond. I think I will have a way to get photos home and posted on the blog, so I will make sure to do that for you and others.

Training time HAS improved since I wrote that letter. I feel good, with bit over a week to go, things are smooth and wonderful. More updates soon. :)
